Hans C. Lou

Professor Hans Lou had a early career as a child neurologist and as a researcher of childhood disorders. During the last decade, however, his efforts have been directed towards eluciating brain states and brain events of awareness and consciousness. His studies of the self have been influential, and particularly this aspect of Hans' work was reviewed during the symposium.
